| flor i know i am no doctor but if all of your problems are from the lamest date you've ever had, it kinda sounds like you might have h. pylori. food poisoning can lead to h. pylori and that could be why your stomach is doing flips all day everyday. the omeprazole cures h. pylori so that is a good thing! |

| Puddin, I always take it an hour before meals and now I'm less worried about overdosing because my doctor was like "just take it whenever you wake up no matter what time of day it is" when I told her about my crap sleep schedule. | flor im surprised they didnt give you pantoprazole, honestly. that was my issue with omep, too, was it just like. barely worked. are you taking it 1 hour before meals? make sure you do that to ensure it actually works. i hope the imodium works for you too <3 |

| Puddin, They gave me me Omeprazole, told me to take fiber supplements with it, and to also take immodium to slow down my bowel movements when needed. I took omep before but only saw results after taking it for three months. (twice the amount they said is needed for contesting the insurance) |
